From the creatives behind Prado Restaurant, one of the cities hottest eateries serving up innovative dishes made with sustainably seasonal & local ingredients, the location of this spot means that popping downstairs for dinner is as easy as rustling up your own feasts in your characterful kitchenette. Prado Mercearia, the group’s grocery store, also below, is stocked with Portuguese natural wine for that exact purpose, yet it also has a weekly rotating menu of small plates by resident chef Pedro Forato to whet your appetite for further foodie forays. Stays here are clearly meant for the gastronomically motivated & are guaranteed to be tasty.
Back up to The Lisboans where guests are met by interiors that are simple but stylish, mostly made up of mid-century finds from the local flea markets & dealers. Pop on a record on your vinyl player, open the floor to ceiling windows & let Lisbon life flow through.
