Product Purchases

How is your payment information collected?

When you purchase products offered through one of our websites or publications, we collect your payment information such as your address & credit card information. We use this to process your orders & to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, as well as to improve our product offerings. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not held by us unless you request it to be.

Exchanges & Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund our digital guides or services. However, if you never received the wrong item please contact hello@design-escapes.com and we will resolve the issue without charge unless there is a difference in price of the items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
